COVID-19 Update as of 7/07/20
Please note that during this time Balletomania will be taking precautions to mitigate community spread as well as maintain a level of normalcy for our customers.
Dutchess County is now in Phase 4 of reopening. We will now be able to expand our available services to include in store shopping, Curbside Service, and Pointe Shoe Fittings. We suggest using the appointment calendar as hours are still limited and there will be a maximum of 6 people allowed in store at one time.
To make a pointe shoe fitting with Philip Please use the designated calendar, as he is only available Thursdays and Saturdays at this time.
We will continue to offer free shipping for all orders placed online. We will be vigorously adding inventory to the online shop daily. We are still offering curbside service to those who prefer to not enter the store. This will include pick up of orders placed online and through email. We are also offering sizing assistance curbside for some items.
As we all feel the effects these changes are having on our daily life, it is important that we remember that we as a community are all in this together. We appreciate your continued support and will remain committed to supporting our dancers, teachers, and families that have become more than just customers but friends.
For those of you who would like to show your support for our small local business we are offering gift cards for purchase. Each gift card purchase will receive a bonus gift card as a thank you for your support. The Bonus card will be valued at 20% of the original gift card purchase. For example a $50 gift card will give you an additional $10 gift card. We urge you to consider buying gift cards or certificates at other local businesses as well to help them through this extremely challenging time.
